Ginuo Privacy Policy

Effective July 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ginuo handles information when you use the iOS application. The app is designed to run primarily on your device and does not require an account.

Information Used by the App

The app may use the following information only to provide its core functions:

How Information Is Used

Camera and motion information is used for augmented-reality rendering. Local-network information is used to discover a nearby player, establish a private match, and synchronize play. Ginuo does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

On-Device and Local Processing

Camera frames are not uploaded by the app. Multiplayer traffic stays within the devices' local connection established through Apple's platform frameworks. The app does not operate a remote account or gameplay server.

Retention and Disclosure

Transient AR and multiplayer session information is not retained by the app after the session ends. Information may still be handled by Apple or the operating system under their own terms when platform services are used. We do not sell personal information.

Your Choices

You may control camera and local-network access in iOS Settings. Disabling camera access prevents AR placement, and disabling local-network access prevents nearby multiplayer discovery. You may stop a local match at any time by disconnecting or closing the app.

Security

Local multiplayer connections use encryption provided by Apple's connectivity framework. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure, but the app limits processing to the information needed for gameplay.

Children's Privacy

Ginuo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy when the app or legal requirements change. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to connect@ginuo.app.
